2. Estimates and Payments

  • Free estimates are offered and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
  • A signed proposal or service agreement may be required before any work begins.
  • A deposit may be required depending on project size or materials needed.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless specified otherwise.
  • Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.

Late or unpaid balances may be subject to interest and collection fees.

3. Scheduling and Delays

We strive to maintain timely service delivery. However, service dates may be adjusted due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Material availability
  • Site preparation issues or client-requested changes

We will communicate any rescheduling or delays as early as possible.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
  • Refunds for incomplete work will be assessed on a case-by-case basis based on work completed and costs incurred.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Ensure safe, clean access to the work area
  • Remove personal property from the workspace prior to service
  • Notify us of any structural or hazardous material concerns
  • Approve all scope changes in writing

We are not liable for damage to personal property left in the work area.

6. Warranty

We offer a limited workmanship warranty on most spray foam insulation services (typically one year), unless otherwise stated in your contract. Warranty exclusions include:

  • Damage caused by leaks, pests, or water intrusion
  • Structural movement or modification after application
  • Failure to maintain proper ventilation or moisture control

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chicago Heights Spray Foam Insulation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.
